I use structured systems thinking to make what’s happening internally visible and precise.
Trained intuition is used as a diagnostic tool; not as an authority to follow, but as data to work with.
The result is practical: you learn how your system is responding, and how to correct unnecessary load so perception becomes usable again.
Why release comes first
Perceptive systems don’t fail because they lack insight. They fail because they’re overloaded.
When excess input drops out:
- boundaries don’t need enforcing
- decisions require less internal negotiation
- direction becomes obvious without effort
Only then does further work make sense, not because it’s “deeper”, but because the system is no longer compensating.

A) Unloading the Mind for Better Intuition.
Research shows that a calm, positive state actually improves intuitive problem-solving (Bolte et al., 2003). That’s why I teach simple, evidence-backed methods to reduce overthinking. Joy and play may be involved. This creates the mental space where intuition gets clearer, and informs the following phases.
B)Â Â Boundary-Setting Rooted in Emotion Regulation Research.
We use techniques informed by emotion regulation research (Aldao et al., 2010) to help you set and hold boundaries without guilt, avoiding the emotional overload that so often derails highly sensitive people.
C) Meaning and Purpose as Factors in Resilience and Flourishing.
Positive psychology shows that living in alignment with your values and purpose boosts wellbeing and flourishing (Seligman, 2011). We’ll clarify your personal “why” (purpose) with your own intuition so your decisions truly align.
PART 2. INTUITION AND HIGH PERCEPTIVITY
Science gives us the structure. But intuition is what makes it personal, meaningful, and transformative.
That’s why my method doesn’t stop at evidence-based techniques. It also honours your own inner wisdom, and helps you hear and trust it, even when life feels noisy or overwhelming.
